This Information is critical to Business Operations and the use of PocketAdvantage and understanding how it integrates into our internal systems for processing sales orders. YOU WILL BE TESTED ON THIS INFORMATION AT THE END OF YOUR TRAINING.
DATA UPDATE SCHEDULE
We process (4) rounds of files for all (3) companies (25, 26 and 30). We start around 6:15 AM, 12:15 PM, 3:15 PM and 6:15 PM for Company 25, and the others follow by 5 minutes afterwards. These files include data for things like:
- Items
- Pricing
- Inventory
- Bill & Holds
- Allocations
- Item Registration Changes
- Customers
- COD Statuses
- NYSLA License Statuses

IF YOU SUBMIT AN ORDER AND DO NOT RECEIVE EITHER A PRECONF OR A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE IN POCKETADVANTAGE+ AFTER MORE THAN 20 MINUTES IF SENDING BEFORE 1PM OR 30 MINUTES IF SENDING AFTER 1PM THEN YOU NEED TO REACH OUT TO THE ORDERS TEAM FIRST AT orders@tedwardwines.com. THEY WILL SUBMIT A TICKET TO THE DEV TEAM IF THERE IS AN ISSUE AND ADVISE YOU TO SUBMIT A TICKET THROUGH POCKETADVANTAGE.
