In the shipping method code which is originally set on the customer card, it is important to know the difference and what it means when selecting Collect or Prepaid.
When entering late orders on Western Carriers website (the warehouse) you must select a shipment method. It is important you choose the correct method. TEW is not responsible for freight shipped nationally. Only Local deliveries.

Collect: means the customer pays for the shipping
Prepaid: means T Edward will pay for the shipping.
Prepaid WC is set up for local customers that WC delivers to every day NY, NJ, Upstate. They bill us directly for it. This also includes DNT/DNT Clyde orders in NY.
All OS National customers are COLLECT no matter who the rep is. (Including PLCB)
