Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Sales Over 10cs on Items with low stock
If you are selling more than 10cs of an item to a National customer, and that sale will result in less than 200cs in inventory, the sale must be approved.
- Email TEW Orders, Purchasing and applicable Portfolio manager with the following:
- SKU (number and item description)
- Customer requesting
- Number of Cases Requested
- any applicable information that managers might need (this is for a longstanding btg placement, this is a top selling item for this customer, etc)
- Portfolio Manager will approve sale
- If Portfolio Manager is unavailable, Orders Team leader will approve
