Step-By-Step Instructions
$25 return restocking fee for customer refusals or undelivered orders caused by the customer, *First instance fee will be waived any future instances will be charged every time.
Must inform sales rep and customer that the return fee will be applied if it happens again.
Notation must be made on the account customer card in credit management.
This fee must be applied by the second offense and thereafter. No exceptions.
Any customers that do not pay will be placed on COD terms with T Edward.
Exceptions:
Out of Stock/LOV items- All sales reps must make every effort to add on to an order to make the minimum.
If the item has been out of stock for 2 weeks or more, delivery fee will not be waived. If you are unsure, please ask your manager
Sales rep responsibility to communicate outages and suggest replacements.
All notes of exceptions must be kept on an excel sheet for review weekly, please notate the items out of stock that were being ordered to Sales Management and Operations Managers.

Delivery Locations
- Ship-To Address must not be changed by OB on the customer card. (On Sales Orders - check if an Alternative Address was set up by Credit) (adding any new address will require a License showing proof)
- The license is associated with the address.
- No changes to delivery without approval. (Unless already set up as Alternative Address)
- Only the credit department makes updates to the customer account.
- If this customer wants delivery to special entrance, place in delivery instructions to deliver to the specific spot. Do not change the shipping address. It must match the license on file. (For any special instructions please inform WC by email as well (njlocals, njorders, roadnet).
