How to Update Order Minimums

1. Click on the line that of the Order Charge Setup you need to update
2. Click on Related Information > Minimum Order Details

3. Update Minimum Order Quantity Column for each respective Alcohol Type Code
1. This is the minimum number of cases a sales order must meet
4. Update Minimum Order Amount Column for each respective Alcohol Type Code
1. This is the dollar amount the sales order must meet

How to Update Delivery Charge

1. Click Related Information
2. Click on Charge Amounts

3. Update the Amount for each Relevant Customer Price Group

How to Setup

Start with Order Charge Setup

1. Click New
1. Name the Code
2. Enter a description
3. Select the appropriate Type
1. Minimum
2. Split Case
3. Unit
4. Case
4. Select Category Type
1. Customer Price Group (Most likely choice)
2. Customer Posting Group
3. Sales Region Code
4. State
5. Zip Code
6. Beverage Tax Area
2. On the ribbon at the top, click on Related Information > Charge Amounts

3. It will open up a new BC window ‘Order Charge Amounts’

Select Customer Price Group. Add multiple lines if needed for multiple Customer Price Groups
4. Order Charge Amounts

After Setting up Order Charges, must follow these next steps:

1. You have to turn them on by order type.
2. Order Types > Sales (as an example order type) > Related Information > Order Charges
