Step-By-Step Instructions
Because of the programming on the order types, it very important we pay attention to them.
Update the “ORDER TYPE” from back order and future order before you release it to ship.
All orders that ship via DNT, have to be placed on order type : SALES-UP
All NY (not shipped by DNT) and NJ orders ship on order type: SALES
All PLCB orders ship on order type: PLCB Orders/PA DIRECT/PA LUX
All OS orders ship on order type: OS Orders
All Sample Orders ship on order type: SAMPLE
All Temp License orders ship on TEMP LIC
Temp Licenses
Compliance will need to be advised to review all TEMP LIC orders as well as Credit.
Please do not change this order type until it receives their permanent license.
You will need to revert FUTURE and BACK order to the DEFAULT order type that is on the CUSTOMER CARD. Because you won’t know if the license is temporary from the order
