Brand Information:

- Mission Statement: A brief description of the brand's mission, values, and what sets them apart from competitors.
- USP (Unique Selling Proposition): A concise summary of what makes the product unique and why customers should choose it over competitors.
- Logo: High-resolution brand logo in various formats (JPG, PNG, SVG).
- Brand Guidelines: Information on brand voice, typography, color schemes, etc., for consistent marketing efforts.
- Certificates: Any certificates the producer has been issued such as organic certificates, etc.
Product Information:
- Tech Sheets: Detailed sheets for each product, including key specs like ABV, tasting notes, production process, and other relevant technical details.
- Product Photos: High-quality images of the product in different settings and angles.
- Product Videos: Videos showcasing the product, its use cases, and benefits.
- Inventory List: List of all products and SKUs to be imported, along with availability status.
- Price List: Wholesale and suggested retail prices for each product.
- Detailed Tech Sheet Master information: Ensure that all necessary product information is relayed to Daniel for entering into the tech sheet masters for internal use.
Marketing Collateral:
- Promotional Material: Any pre-existing flyers, brochures, or other marketing materials from the producer.
- Testimonials and Reviews: Gather any positive customer or critic reviews that can be used for marketing.
- Award and Certification Info: Any awards or certifications that the products have received.
Digital Assets:
- Social Media Handles: Information on any social media accounts associated with the brand.
- Previous Marketing Campaign Examples: Past marketing materials and campaigns used by the producer for reference.
- Labels Approvals: Copy of all high resolutions labels
Timeline and Milestones:
- Launch Timeline: Projected timeline for the launch of the new producerās products.
By completing this checklist, the marketing team can ensure a smooth and effective launch of the new producer's products.
