Step-By-Step Instructions
- Create goals and launch success criteria for each new brand.
- Collaborate with PMS, Portfolio Director, and sales directors collaborate to decide if incentives, increased commission, etc are needed for launch
- Create relevant marketing materials, plan launch event (if needed), plan staff training.
- Review Launch Strategy with Sales Directors and regional sales management prior to Launch.
- Post a note in the relevant Portfolio on teams with the subject of "PRODUCER LAUNCH: Name of Product" or "PRODUCT LAUNCH: Name of Product" and mark as high importance. The Post should contain links to all tech sheets as well as the below information in the below order:
- At a Glance: Bullet points of major sellable facts about producer or product (this is customer facing and will be copied to the website)
- Pricing For all available markets
- Framing: Why does the PM believe in them and Why is this producer competitive?
- Inventory: What items are continuity and what are limited. Include allocations if applicable
- Date of Staff training or date wines will be open in the office
- NY/ NJ Sales Management will link the Launch post to the resources and information Tab so it's easy for the sales team to reference
- Schedule meeting to review progress and assess success of launch. (After meeting adjust as needed)
