Late Orders:
Before entering a late order online - make sure all reviews are cleared for this order/customer. (Start an order on BC before entering).
If an order or two is urgent and needs to be placed after the 4:30pm merge, it is ok to place it on Western Carriers website.
Orders Team will need to send Western an email to get confirmation of receipt.
Late orders submitted to Western after 4:30pm are not guaranteed.
Western Carriers will not answer late order requests after 5pm. Don’t even try.
Make sure you select the correct shipping method as stated above. Make sure you are entering for the correct Ship-To Address. Some accounts will have different Ship-Tos compared to what defaults for Bill-To.
Once order has been entered online at WC, wait to receive the email confirmation and forward it to njlocals@WesternCarriers.com and njorders@WesternCarriers.com. cc orders. Keep rep updated.
Once the order has been confirmed - make sure the order has been adjusted to correct date and post in BC.
