- Office Assistant will manage the physical stock of key keg couplers in the office
- When stock levels reach a low of 5 boxes, Office Assistant will ask @Accounting to place to an order for 30 couplers.

- Once the key keg couplers arrives at the office, Office Assistant will confirm the counts and inform @Purchasing.
- @Purchasing will do a positive item journal to item code 22
- To provide a customer with a key keg coupler, a sales rep will have to place the request with Office Assistant and @Orders using Subject Header: Key Keg Coupler Request
- Office Assistant will provide the physical key keg coupler to the Sales Rep requesting and @Orders will sign it out on a sales order to the customer using item code Z-COUPLERS at no cost. Office Assistant and @Orders please make sure to coordinate. Key keg couplers must be signed out the same day it leaves the office.
- Sales Rep must have a contract signed before turning over the key coupler and submit the signed contract to @Orders to have it saved in the Zetadoc of the sales invoice that the key keg coupler was signed out on. @Leitha M. Ortiz will create a contract if we cannot locate the old one. (Sales Reps should already have this). This is to ensure when they no longer sell our product they return the key keg coupler.
- When the customer decides to no longer carry our kegs, it is the responsibility of the Sales Rep to collect the key keg coupler and return it to Office Assistant. Office Assistant will in turn inform @Credit@tedwardwines.com for the credit dept to process the return.
- Please remind the sales staff and PM’s of these process and procedures.
- Please review with the sales reps.
- Office Assistant please alert the orders team so we may sign out the Z coupler.

Please make sure the sales invoice is created with location office since the couplers are in the office and that is where inventory will be posted in Nav.

We need to sign it out on a sales order so that office inventory matches our system inventory. No $ amount is charged, just noting the 1 coupler off office inventory
Example Scenario:
Before I create an invoice for the Z-coupler, please confirm if you would need 1 or 2? Per customer we provide 1 per SKU Type and since there are 2 different Keg SKUs on this order, we can do up to 2 Z-Couplers. Also please have your customer fill out the attached rental agreement, there is also a portion for the rep. This is to ensure when they no longer sell our product they return the key keg coupler. When the customer decides to no longer carry our kegs, it is the responsibility of the Sales Rep to collect the key keg coupler and return it to the office. FAQ FOR REPS
- Do you know if I can send one from the warehouse? I see it in PA but just wanted to make sure that is right - I don't know if you know or if I should ask orders.
- The physical kegs are in the office. It can be hand delivered or shipped. There is nothing in the warehouse
- Do you know or should I ask sales management?
- Sales management does not need to approve so long as they have proper keg placement. Per customer we provide 1 per SKU Type and since there are 2 different Keg SKUs on the order, we can do up to 2 Z-Couplers.
- Is this the same coupler that we have in the office and can I send one from the warehouse to my customer since I am not able to hand deliver from the office?
- All kegs are located in the office and can be shipped to the customer.
