SOP Overview
This tends to pop up when there are blank email addresses in the Table Log information, or if there are wrongly formatted email addresses entered.
This issue arises usually when Monthly Statements or Document Worksheets are run.

- Open Table Information
- Go to or search Email Address Report
- Once in the Email Address Report Window/Pop up, filter to the Customer No.
- Once filtered to the customer, verify the lines and check for the blank
- On a separate tab or window, open up the Customer Card
- Navigate to Customer > Email Addresses
- Export the contacts to excel so you have a copy of the data to re-enter once the blank line has been resolved
- Delete all contacts
- Start a new line. The blank line will typically manifest as a ‘CC’ on one of the columns with nothing entered on Name or Email
- Click on CC and select the blank
- Click Edit List
- Start a new line. If all fields remain blank, you may re-enter the contacts you saved during Step 7
