Step-By-Step Instructions
- All samples and items sent from office will need to be approved by Allen (Jarred or PM should reach out to Allen first for approval) - Allen will work with Compliance on the shipment.
- If there is no account in BC, then we need a license from the customer to ship the order out of state.
- Once license is received, credit team adds the license to the T. Edwards card.
- If there is an existing account and they need to send to an alternative address, we still require a license showing that address and then credit team will need to add it to that account for us to ship the sample items.
- To ship the order via FedEx, the cost has to be below $100.00, anything above $100.00 will need to be shipped by USPS.
- Create an order in BC on T. Edwards card or customer card, select the right address and send order confirmation to Jarred for him to attach the order confirmations and ship.
- If it's an OS account requesting these samples, we should be shipping them on their regular orders that come in. (unless approved by management)
Process in BC: Create order under T Edward OS Samples card. Use NY address to enter items. Once items entered, change the location to alternative address. Code them as samples. Update Bev tax code if error generates.
Create a new Bev Tax with NYC account details if location does not exist. Release and Post order (inform accounting when using new Bev tax code).
