The above account is being sold. The closing date is Monday, July 29, 2024, the attorney for the seller has contacted us for the outstanding balance due for this account. Please forward to us a statement of account for the seller which shows the balance due. If you sell any merchandise on credit you will be responsible of notifying our office and the buyer’s agent for service of any additional sums owed. This must be done prior to the closing to ensure proper payment.
