Step-By-Step Instructions
The order file must be merged to Western Carriers by 4:20pm no later.

Sales reps will always try to place orders after the cut off.
It is the responsibility of the order board to make every effort to place the order before the orders must merge, if time permits.
However, if a sales rep is consistently placing orders after the deadline please notify the Sales Management and Operations Management team.
Orders must review all OS orders and sample orders to make sure OS orders are properly entered and sample orders are properly coded
Sales Orders must be posted at the end of the day except for Delinquent orders. We do not post delinquent orders. Credit will post as they receive confirmation the next day (filter in BC: <>COD)
