Step-By-Step Instructions
- All customer returns requires approval from an operations manager
- Requests for returns are not approved after two weeks from the delivery date.
- It is not encouraged to bring back product to the office
- In the event that a special circumstance to return to the office is approved, Salesperson must notify the credit department and front desk office admin when the product is dropped off with all the details; customer name, qty, etc.
- Credit dept to notify @Untitled
- Product is checked by credit and/or front desk
- Once counts are confirmed, a credit can be issued
- Credit will inform Orders Team to return product back to WC depending on the qty.
- Once Credit gets the van return, they inform and send it to the Orders Team to write the transfer order from Office to WC and post it
Make sure to fill in ‘In-Transit Code’ to INTRANSIT
Once the transfer order is posted - confirm with Credit Team
