Step-By-Step Instructions
Transferring an account to a new sales rep
- Sales Management will inform sales rep of the available account.
- Sales rep will place orders for the account through the order board team and will be provided with sales history by Sales Management since the account will not be listed under their name until a new placement is made.
- Sales Management will be responsible for reviewing if it takes too long and deciding whether to reassign.
- No Commission until the new placement is made.
- Once the placement is made, sales rep will inform their direct sales manager and credit dept to assign the account to them and place the first order through orders team for rep assignment since PA uploads periodically.
