1. Portfolio Managers are responsible for allocating to all markets
2. Portfolio Managers are to give guidance to the Orders Team on approving releases for sales orders by rep or customer
3. Without guidance the Portfolio Manager must be available to respond to the request or Sales Management will decide in their absence

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. PM provides guidance to Orders Team
2. Orders Team reviews guidance before release on Sales Orders
3. Sales Rep must request approval from PM for quantities over 10 cases unless we are flushed with inventory without concerns of low stock
4. Unanswered requests without any guidance will be forwarded to the Director of Sales for approval
