BTG - 90 days default expiration from date of creation "Limited" Item Category - 30 days expiration from date of creation Reminder when posting allocations, description is Customer Name - REP INITIAL Example: Caveat - JY -OR- Caveat BTG- JY
NO ALLOCATIONS FOR CLOSE OUT ITEMS.
PM APPROVAL NEEDED FOR ALL TOP ITEMS AND OVER 10CS(IF THE AVAILABLE QUANTITY IS LOWER THAN 50CS).
REPS MUST GET PM APPROVALS FIRST AND THEN FORWARD THE APPROVAL EMAILS TO OB TEAM TO ENTER.
Ship Dates
Can release orders with solid ship dates up to 2 weeks max as long as it is released with solid date. And careful with next month orders. Must review prices by date
NOTE for OB: While entering allocations in BC, you will need to pull it in case quantity instead of bottle quantity.
NEW PROCESS SINCE NOV 2024: Any new allocations requests from the rep will go on the BTG link below, rep fills up the request, request goes to Purchasing who will set up allocations for them. 3months expiration date.
