Clear Cache in Microsoft Edge:
- Open Microsoft Edge and select the menu icon (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
- Click on "Settings" at the bottom of the menu.
- Scroll down and click on "Privacy, search, and services" in the left-hand menu.
- Under "Clear browsing data", click on "Choose what to clear".
- Select "All time" from the drop-down menu.
- Check the boxes for "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data".
- Click on the "Clear now" button.
- Once it finishes clearing, please close Edge, reopen the browser, and go back to the page you were trying to access.
